The front desk is open from 08:00 to 21:00

If our colleague is not at the front desk, please contact the staff of Neptun's restaurant, Tilia. If we are not available, you can ask for help at the reception of Hotel BONVINO.

• Check out: until 11:00

Upon request, it is possible to check in early or to check out late for an additional HUF 2,000 / hour.

In Hotel Neptun Badacsony, we welcome well-behaved, small pets that do not damage the furnishings of the room, or disturb other guests. Fee: 3,000 HUF / night.

In order for you and our guests arriving without pets to be undisturbed, please observe the following:

• Always keep your dog on a leash in the hotel's public areas.
• Do not leave your dog alone in the room for such a long time that it gets upset.
• Please let the hotel know if you are leaving and your dog is resting in the room. (This is very important in case of a fire evacuation)
• If the pet has an accident in any area of the hotel (including the garden), please clean up after it.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel's wellness area and at Tilia Restaurant.
• The animal’s owner has full financial, legal, and moral responsibility for the damage caused by the animal in the hotel area.

Do not use an open flame!
There is a smoke and fire alarm system in the building, directly connected to the fire station. The cost of an alert for irresponsible behavior is borne by the person who caused it.

• Free parking for 1 car per room in the guest house's car park.
• The cost of another car is 1,000 HUF / night.

• We strive to keep everything inthe hotel in perfect condition. If you notice anything not functioning properly, please let our colleagues know.
• Damage and any harm caused is the responsibility of the user. The damage must be compensated by the person who caused it.
• Extra cleaning costs (depending on the amount of damage) from HUF 5,000.
• Our hotel has a closed-circuit image capture system. Recordings are handled and stored as directed.
